Here is a little bit about our builder and owner Ken Felder.

As a teenager, Ken was drawn to architecture and design, but since his family owned and operated several bedroom furniture stores up and down the Valley, working in the family business seemed like a natural fit. It was not until after his experience of running a small business in Clovis and 20 successful years in broadcast media, that Ken decided to strike out on his own and pursue his innate passion for home design and construction.

In 2007, Integrity Building, Inc., was founded. Ken started building custom homes, during a downturn in the housing market when everyone said it was a tough time to get into home construction. Yet, just as Ken always has, he persevered and found success when others could not.

After building over 100 custom homes, Integrity Building is now doing business as High-Caliber Custom Homes. Ken continues to live out his passion of making custom homeowners’ dreams come true. “Building a custom home for the hard-working families of the Central Valley is one of the greatest blessings in my life.”
